So ever since I started selling jewelry, I have been on the look out for quality materials at great prices, found that. I have been working on getting my bookkeeping in order, got that done. And I have been trying to cut overhead that causes my prices to be higher than I would like, DONE IT!! As a result of these things all coming together Honey Beads & Jewelry is proud to announce new pricing on all items! Some have actually went up slightly, but only because they use the best materials and in order to continue using the best materials, it was necessary. New Earrings At Honey Beads

I have been asked many time why I don't have any earrings for sale and well the only answer I could come up with is "I don't know". So I have amended that, with all handmade earrings, from the lampwork beads to the earwires. Here are a couple of sets recently listed on Artfire, be sure to check out all of the other great sets! Also for those of you who have purchased from Honey Beads in the past I am most definitely willing and able to make matching earrings for bracelets and or necklaces from previous purchases.

"Inspired By Nature" is the latest line from Honey Beads. Using top quality materials, and fine craftsmanship, this line is very elegant and all origional. All of the pieces in this line will be inspired by nature by using natural elements and combining them with handmade lampwork beads and or handmade fine silver pieces. I have just released the first to pieces to this line, "Rose" and "Sticks and Stones". Both of these pieces feature handmade fine silver elements along with other high quality natural elements, such as garnets and polished jasper.

What To Do?

Have you ever seen the most gorgeous focal bead but have no idea how you would use it in a piece of jewelry? I know I have!
The answer... make a pendant! I know what your thinking... "a pendant... yawn", but this is where the fun comes in! I believe that a pendant should be the icing on the cake. So... you have to make a great cake, the cake being the necklace. Be creative, and unusual. Remember no one wants to wear something that is just like everything else they see. Have Fun!!!

This Weekends Art Walk

Well the events are here and I have been busy, busy, busy! This Saturday I went to the local Irvington Art Walk. It was a wonderful day filled with wonderful people. I had many sales and am now working on restocking my Artfire shop. I will be adding new items starting Monday the 22. I will also be updating my weekly featured/sale items so check in to see the new beadie goodness!
